KINGSTON, Jamaica: One Great Studio Company Limited (1GS), the Caribbean’s leading House of Agency Brands, today announced the acquisition of the business of FarmHouse Creative Marketing Ltd, a Jamaica-based creative agency founded by Vanessa Henderson. The acquisition expands 1GS’s creative capabilities by adding an agency recognised for its strength in branding, creative direction, and social media, while supporting the group’s continued growth across the Caribbean.
The transaction is valued at J$36 million, inclusive of a performance-based earn-out structured over three years. Henderson will continue to lead the FarmHouse brand post-acquisition while serving the group as the Director of Brand & Creative.
FarmHouse Creative, established in 2023, has built a reputation for strategic, relationship-driven marketing across hospitality, real estate, consumer, and lifestyle brands. The FarmHouse brand will continue operating under its name but now as a brand of 1GS, with access to a broader team, technology, and specialist expertise. FarmHouse will serve as the group’s dedicated creative, social, and brand strategy arm, working across 1GS’s portfolio of brands and taking on new clients independently.
