Waiver, Release, and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Do Good Pickle Tourney (“the Event”;), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and accept that participation in the Event involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury, illness, loss, or damage, whether caused by my own actions, those of other participants, the organisers, or conditions of the venue. I voluntarily accept all such risks.

2. Release and Discharge: To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Jamaica, I release, discharge, and hold harmless the organisers of the Event, their officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including those caused by negligence.

3. Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, their officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by my negligence, breach of this agreement, or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require assistance during the Event, and I agree to be responsible for all related costs.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and I submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts for any dispute arising out of or in connection with it.

6. Binding Effect: This release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
