As a new business, entering a new market within the Caribbean, we needed to establish ëmed Spa’s brand presence and introduce potential customers to the benefits of non-evasive cosmetic procedures. To position the brand as both approachable and premium.
We developed a comprehensive brand strategy that communicated rejuvenation, renewal and professionalism. Customer education and building trust played a key role in developing our strategy.
To accomplish this we used technical yet approachable language throughout the website to inform potential customers of service offerings. And showcased procedures with photography and videography. Incorporating ëmed CEO Zoë Arscott as the face of the brand, gave us a unique opportunity to leverage her genuine personality to build relationships and establish her expertise.
