We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager that:

- Has up-to-date knowledge of digital platforms
- Loves to learn & wants to adapt as the industry evolves
The Senior Client Success Manager will be expected to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and projects across teams
- QA work before it is submitted to clients
- Filter & manage client requests & collaborate with the teams to deliver the best solutions
- Develop and build strong relationships with clients and key partners and ensure that we’re consistently delivering value
- Provide oversight of and support to Client Success Managers
- Proactively communicate & quickly resolve any client issues
- Execute client success programs & create strategies that grow our client relationships
- Analyze client reports to improve value, drive results & deepen how we serve our clients
