Senior Client Success Manager

We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager that:

  • Has up-to-date knowledge of digital platforms
  • Loves to learn & wants to adapt as the industry evolves

The Senior Client Success Manager will be expected to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and projects across teams
  • QA work before it is submitted to clients
  • Filter & manage client requests & collaborate with the teams to deliver the best solutions
  • Develop and build strong relationships with clients and key partners and ensure that we’re consistently delivering value
  • Provide oversight of and support to Client Success Managers
  • Proactively communicate & quickly resolve any client issues
  • Execute client success programs & create strategies that grow our client relationships
  • Analyze client reports to improve value, drive results & deepen how we serve our clients

*This role is similar to a Senior Account Executive.
