The Client Success Manager will be expected to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and projects across teams
- Develop and build relationships with clients and key partners and ensure that we’re consistently delivering value
- Filter & manage client requests & collaborate with the team to deliver the best solutions
- QA all work before it is submitted to the client
- Implement client success programs & create strategies that grow our client relationships
- Prepare & analyze client reports to improve value & drive results
*This role is similar to an Account Executive/Account Manager.
